The Atlas Securitas mobile app was developed for Securitas Technology Corporation, technicians as a job aid supporting their work installing electronic security systems for Securitas Technology clients across North America. Atlas provides easy access to project data and documents in a user friendly, intuitive application to improve productivity and project quality.

New Features:
1. Time submission Atlas mobile > SAP.
2. Project task color indicators.
3. View only project task until work has started.
4. Added pending status in asset tagging drop down list.
5. Add new questions in project task closing workflow.
6. Added new private activity module.
7. Added new time-sheet module.
Improvements:
For SAP source projects, project time worked will automatically be captured and submitted for costing based on time punches. The private activity module will allow addition of activities to fill gaps in the workday and will be automatically added on the daily time-sheet.
Updates have been made for visibility of the project task in process, as well as ability to capture reasons as to why customers will not sign CFIN on site.

Added new functionality for business users to be able to view, add and edit assets.

The new functionality includes:
- Ability to look up and search for assets.
- Ability to search includes using bar codes and QR codes that the users can scan using the device camera.
- Ability to add new assets, edit, replace and substitute existing assets.
- The business functions include adding/editing several attributes related to each asset.
- Ability to add files and notes related to assets
- To add files related to assets, users are provided the option to take pictures of the assets using their device camera as well as select photographs from the device gallery.,

Added access to the mobile for new user group called “Subcon users”
Login page has been changed to differentiate the user groups as “SES Users” and Subcon Users”. After deployment of this version, the existing users would use the “SES Users” link and log in as they currently have been. There has been no change in functionality when an “SES User” logs in.
In this new version, the new user groups would use “Subcon Users” to log in. A subset of the features such as Projects and Schedules in the current released version are made available for the “Subcon Users” Apart from the logging in differentiation based on user group, no new functionality has been introduced.
