With a built-in sales tool that presents multiple options to a homeowner, pulled right out of your PriceBook, techs can lean on technology to help them guide a homeowner through all possible solutions for their problem. Plus, a visual dashboard tracks their progress towards their personal sales goals. Worried about having a signal? Don't be! Even without an internet connection, techs can work in offline mode and sync their data when a stable connection becomes available. Field Reporting Don’t wait until the end of the day or the end of the week to evaluate your technicians’ performance. Get live updates from the field as each technician closes out every job. This feature allows you to give real-time feedback and adjust quicker, improving technician performance and maximizing revenue. Integrated Sales Tools Successware Mobile has the tools your technicians need to feel confident about their sales skills. While some technicians are natural salespeople, others need a little support to feel confident selling in-home. Successware Mobile’s presentation view of suggested work and different service options gives the technician a tool to help educate the customer and guide them through the decision-making process. Successware Mobile informs the technician at dispatch if service visits are due and the technician can add them to the visit or invoice, helping them provide the complete service that customers have come to expect from your company. Additionally, Successware Mobile gives the customer control in the authorization and payment process. The customer guides the process, clicking to select the options and items they want, all with a full view of invoice pricing. This leaves the homeowner feeling educated and confident about their selection, building trust and credibility in your business.
