Description
IVA – Intelligent Validation Assistant
The digital solution for structured product and service validation.
With IVA, you can plan, manage and document tests, trials and validations digitally. The iOS app supports testers in capturing feedback, questionnaires and observations directly in the test context – exactly where they occur.
This creates structured data that can be efficiently evaluated, validated and processed further.

Structure your validation processes into evaluations and related tests. Link them specifically to test objects – such as vehicles, prototypes or variants – and keep track of status and results at all times.
Mobile data capture via iOS app
Take part in tests directly on your iPhone or iPad. Capture free feedback, work through questionnaires and document results where they occur – in the vehicle, on the test bench, in the field or directly at the product.
Web portal
Planning, administration and evaluation are carried out in the clear and intuitive IVA web portal.

Hotfix: Stability improvement when loading tests
This update fixes an issue in the iOS app that could cause the app to crash under certain conditions.
The crash occurred after scanning an instance and selecting a vehicle.
Tests now load as expected and can be used normally.

- Siri meets IVA!
We have explained to Siri how to create feedback in IVA and she responds to the command "Hey Siri - create feedback".
This is great news, as it allows you to create feedback safely while driving without manual input.
In the settings (via the burger menu) under "Siri" you can also activate Siri to ask for category and rating.
- The process for taking or adding photos and videos to feedback has been completely revised.
It is now much quicker to take a photo or video and attach it to feedback.
It is also possible to take several pictures in succession.
- Drive mode can now be permanently cancelled and then reactivated via the settings.

- An additional field of the type "Text" can now hold many more characters
- Images now have a standardised background
- We have also taken care of a few annoying bugs and fixed them.
