Helion customers can communicate with support, track tickets, & monitor dealership IT KPIs. With Helion’s mobile application clients can securely contact the Helion support team with the click of a button. This application is only available to Helion clients.
Helion is the largest managed IT service provider focusing specifically on the needs of automobile and heavy truck dealers. The Helion Mobile application represents the first mobile app that dealers can use to ensure that their IT environment is running at peak performance.
With Helion Mobile, dealership personnel can:
Submit new support tickets
Check the status of support tickets previously submitted
View submitted tickets by timeframe (month, year, all time) or by status (pending, resolved)
Message with a Helion support team member about your ticket
Maintain a easy to view thread of communication with a Helion support team member regarding your ticket
Attach screenshots of your issue to a ticket
Call Helion support with the click of a button
Monitor overall IT performance with the Helion Mobile key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard
