The updated Blue Cross of Idaho app is easier than ever to navigate and use, with new member-requested features so you can manage your health plan from your device.
-Find care: Search for in-network providers for in-person and virtual care
-Make premium payments, and view and download your payment history
-View claims history, submit a claim, file an appeal and see your explanation of benefits (EOB) statements
-View or download your ID card or order a replacement ID card
-Update your contact information, sign up for digital EOBs and opt into emails and text messages
