Description
Anonymous Reporting Made Easy - The STOPit Mobile app, Web app, and Hotline provide a safe and comfortable way for students, employees, and public groups to share information in real-time. STOPit equips administrators to provide help quickly and get ahead of a situation, before it spirals out of control.
Use STOPit to anonymously receive alerts about inappropriate conduct or safety concerns such as harassment, bullying, ethics or compliance violations, weapons possession, hazing, safety hazards, threats, assault, illegal activity, or requests for help.
The STOPit Admin app allows authorized STOPit administrators to access and manage incidents from their mobile devices. The following incident management features of the desktop interface are available in the app:
*List incidents by status
*View details of an incident
*Chat via private messenger with incident reporters
*Update type, status, target, perpetrator, labels, actions taken
*Assign incidents to people or groups
*Escalate incidents
STOPit Admin remembers your login, so you don’t have to re-enter it every time you want to manage incidents.
Stay informed with push notifications to your mobile device. New incidents, new messages, and new assignments help you stay up to date on STOPit activity.
The built-in STOPit Messenger gives administrators handling incidents direct communication with the people who sent in the reports.

Finally, two great products come together! In this latest STOPit ARS Admin release we have provided a way for customers to also leverage and monitor their STOPit Notify emergency communication system. This is the first step towards a unification of our platform and applications. Now, if you use both products, you can report an emergency to internal responders and 911 straight from this STOPit Admin app. You will also notice an emergency banner which will keep you aware of anything ongoing in your schools. This powerful new functionality requires activation at the account level, so just let us know whenever you are ready!
