With EmmaCare your Care Manager will: - Help you manage your specific illness - Report vital signs via our connected medical devices - Periodically check-in on your health - Schedule and perform your weekly/monthly appointments - Provide you with logistical help - Help you manage your medication - Integrate your smart health device data with your measurements in the system (Using integration with iPhone Health App) All of the above and the fun to earn rewards!!! IMPORTANT: Your medical provider needs to be enrolled into the program to have access to EmmaCare APP.
