SMART ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT • You can check out personal attendance records and fill in missing records anytime. • Effortlessly customize attendance rules, compensation options and penalties. • To improve the efficiency, you can use any punch-in methods that are best suited for you such as GPS or WiFi. • No need to keep an eye on attendance records manually anymore. The data will be calculated in real-time and sent it automatically. SMART ROSTERING MANAGEMENT • Quickly set rostering and multiple attendance groups in batch. Assigning shifts is easier than ever. • Take a few minutes to submit shift swapping requests via mobile app. The rostering will be synchronized on the YOOV system. • Minimize human mistakes on rostering with detailed process recorded. LEAVE MANAGEMENT • Flexibly adjust the leave categories (e.g. annual leave, compensatory leave & sick leave) and rules that are default within the system. • Simply apply for the leave on YOOV WORK. Any adjustment and leave balance will be recorded automatically by the system. You can check out the leave record anytime. • No worries about the expiration of the leave. You will get informed before the expiry of the leave days. • Saving time from calculating the leave balance as leaves is counted automatically. PAYROLL CALCULATION & MANAGEMENT • View and confirm e-payslips on YOOV WORK. • Only takes a moment to calculate basic salary, MPF, commissions, allowances etc upon setting your preference on rules. • There is a standard file format of 9 mainstream MPF suppliers so you can set up contribution rules freely. • Take a look at your payroll anytime, various e-reports including MPF remittance statements, tax returns and more are supported. • Have a clear view at a glance of data charts, gaining a better insight into resource allocation.
