Discovery Service improvement

For 4K cameras the medium bandwidth mode has been upgraded from 720p to 1080p. Also this new version contains performance improvements.

Fixed audio capture and encoding on iPhone 11.

The app now does version checking on all connected NDI receivers. If a connected receiver needs to be upgraded the app sends that receiver a video frame with upgrade instructions rather than video that it won't be able to decode.
