Description
For use with a ShireSystem CMMS/CAFM Installation for simple management of the maintenance for facilities, buildings and their assets.
Mobile Pro is an intuitive, easy-to-use suite of mobile applications which enable teams to track and maintain assets both on and offline, eliminating paper and ensuring consistent and accurate data in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency for maintenance teams.
ShireSystem Mobile Pro mobilizes maintenance teams, enabling managers to optimise maintenance operation efficiency by distributing, updating and closing asset maintenance and work order tasks at the touch of a button in order to underpin audit and compliance requirements.
Features include:
Work Orders – Easily create, send and receive Work Orders to reduce paperwork
Due Diligence – Start and Finish Work Orders via a Barcode to save time
Camera – Take photographs of Subjects and include on the Work Order to satisfy audit requirements
Labour – Add Labour Information to track and manage costs
Materials – Issue Stock Items to the Work Order to underpin efficiency and optimise workforce effectiveness
