* Schedule updating: Practitioners can now easily update their schedules through the app, making it easier for patients to book appointments.
* Instant consultation: Doctors can now toggle their availability for instant consultations, allowing them to see patients right away. Patients can send requests for instant consultations, and doctors can choose to accept or decline them.
