AFM Driver

AFM Driver is an add–on feature for trucking companies using AFM Suite (www.afm2020.com) TMS software. Drivers will receive dispatch instructions & alerts, update job status, exchange documents (BOL/POD) and photo inspections, chat with dispatchers, and have a complete overview of their trips and payments. AFM Suite users are able to easily communicate with drivers using the built-in chat feature and stay up to date with the driver's live location (Location services should be enabled). We've made a huge effort to automate the shipment update process. The driver app goes hand in hand with the AFM TMS Pro platform, all updates are transmitted to your dashboard and customer email – Minute by minute GPS location interval, shipment notes, shipment check-in/out, bill of lading data (pieces, qty, weight) and high-quality document scanning with image compression techniques. Our AFM Driver mobile application really take the fast lane for growing your business. Here are some features for AFM Driver App - • Drivers can automatically receive dispatch instructions on their app once the trip is dispatched in AFM Suite. • Drivers can attach documents or pictures to the trips, which will be immediately available in AFM Suite. PODs and BOLs are automatically linked to the related order in AFM Suite. • App regularly sends location updates back to AFM Suite, which allows companies to track their drivers and freight. • Drivers can update pick up and drop status on their app which will automatically update the status in AFM Suite.
