Our new design brings a bold, fresh focus to the biggest news of the day. YOUR PREFERENCE FOR NEWS UPDATES Readers told us that being able to choose how they read the news is a top priority. A new menu at the top of the Home screen gives you more control over how you read the news in our app. Choose "Top News" to read news stories curated by our local news team as the most important news of the day or choose "Most Recent" to read news stories published most recently. 24/7 LIVE STREAMING VIDEO In the new "Watch" tab, our news is streaming any time you want to watch. Whether it's our 24/7 streaming channel, or video on demand clips, you're in control over what you want to watch, and when you want to watch it. DARK MODE Making sure the app reflects your preference on how you use your device was also important to you, whether your device is in Light Mode or Dark Mode. Our new app honors that system preference and gives you the choice to use the app in Light Mode or Dark Mode. We’re excited to see the new mobile app in action and hope you are too. • A new weather radar map from our weather provider is in this app update, as our weather provider will discontinue the old radar map in the near future. Please be sure to update to this version of our app to ensure your weather radar map continues to display radar in the future. To upgrade the new radar map, we had to update the app's code base to support the latest iOS operating system versions. As a result, it's possible there could be some older iOS devices that may have trouble running this updated app.

What's New in version 6.30: • Added ability to pinch and zoom in on images in news stories. • Additional performance improvements to give you an improved news experience on iOS 13. • Note: This is an OS upgrade to iOS 13, and this app update only supports iOS 13 and iOS 12.
