We don't stop making our app better. In this version: Now, you can move to the customer card from the ticket; You can set a new avatar in your profile and show everybody the face of the happy agent! :) By clicking on the e-mail address, you can create a ticket, write a letter, or simply copy it; Start showing buttons in the chat channel; Improved application behaviour when there is no internet connection; Now, login and password are filled from the keychain at the same time while you log in; As usual fixed minor bugs and increased the stability of the application.
