Connect with your favorite Clubs and coaches while taking a more active role toward your wellness goals! Engage is a tool created just for you that allows you to:
• Find your Club with a QR code – If you received an invitation to a Club with a QR code, simply scan it with Engage to instantly connect with that Club
• Add your profile information – Save time during checkout by adding your contact information to your Engage profile
• Stay engaged – Learn about your Club’s activities, amenities, coaches and menu from your smartphone!
• Order ahead – Place your order in advance while on the go. You can also customize your items and save your favorites for future visits.
• Sign in – Sign in to your Club upon arrival to be added to the service queue automatically
• Pay from your smartphone – Conveniently pay for your order using Engage and securely save your payment information for future transactions

The order ahead feature is great and I love my local store. Problem for me is that the app never seems to save my notes. I spend approximately 50-60 clicks (yes. I’ve counted.) trying to get it to save special instructions. I redownloaded the app and have the same issues.

Good App
I like being able to order ahead and this app is easy to use. Only four stars because it doesn’t always work on my phone. I’ve tried all the typical fixes, restarting phone, reconnecting to internet, redownloading the app, but none seem to help. I also would like to see an option to switch clubs because I do use different clubs in my area.

Can’t change password
I haven’t even been able to use the app because immediately after making my account it says wrong password. I know it correct! Yet when I tried to do the “forgot my password” option, the app tells me that it’s not authorized to change passwords on the app. I’ll just go in person.

Don’t waste your time
Awful app. Have to delete and reinstall the app way too often. Will not let me log in with the same password more than one time, and even when the password is reset, it still reports the log in as “invalid” by the time you (hopefully) get the app to work, you could have been back and forth, in person, to the retailer several times. This app needs to be removed seeing as there has been no attempt to fix the ongoing errors for quite some time now .

Does not work
This app USED to be great. Now is doesn’t open. Ever. I tried resetting my password and it still pops up with an “ application error “ message. Works 0% of the time. FRUSTRATING. And I checked. There are no updates available. I have the latest version available. ALSO, curiously....two of the stores near my work and home have closed( locked) their doors. One said supply issues and the other did not answer the phone. Is there something going on ?

Terrible- won’t work!
I’m not sure why but I can not get the app to accept a QR code. My Herbalife coach and I are stumped. There’s no help section or “contact us” section so I have no idea how to get this working. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app several times. Very frustrating.
