Through our app, you can:
• Find a doctor or a service
• Schedule an appointment
• Get turn-by-turn directions from your home or office all the way to your point of care and back to your exact parking spot
• Check Emergency Department and Urgent Care wait times
• Contact us
• Access WakeMed MyChart
• Link to delivery resources for pregnant patients
• Keep up with the latest news from the only health system based in Wake County and much more
• WakeMed Virtual Urgent Care
Plus you can get the care you need now, quickly, efficiently and from providers you know and trust by accessing WakeMed Virtual Urgent Care.

We just made easy access even easier with the upgrades to our WakeMed All-Access App. Check out these cool new tools that make finding your way around WakeMed quite the find:
- The new bottom navigation bar provides quick access to the home screen, locations, providers and the more menu.
- Provider and location search are separated, allowing users to get more results per screen.
- Search results are more relevant, and sorting is by distance or alphabetical order.
- Frequently searched items are now available on a dedicated button, improving onsite discovery, and changing by location to exclusively show places at the selected site.
- Coming soon! Viewable appointment reminders that navigate directly to the location, either offsite or onsite.
- Banner messages are now displayed at the top of the dashboard.
- Provider user interface updates include map view and locations tab.
