At Anjel, we understand how important safety is to you–and we are here to help.
Our application is built on one simple concept: working together to keep each other safe. Users like you create an interactive map that records individual safety experiences and determines the safety rating of locations across the globe.
Users can subscribe and personalize an alert feature which will warn them upon entering an unsafe area. Free use of the app includes having access to the map’s rating system and viewing your current safety status, which can be shared with family or friends.
Honesty is our best policy:
Anjel users set up a profile and post a safety rating of their geographic locations using three color coded categories: Safe, Caution, and Danger. Each category has a selection of icons that can be used to describe each individual experience in that location.
We are counting on you to help provide the most reliable and up to date information. By creating a profile, you can view safety ratings in your area and mark them as True or False. You can also comment on existing posts in order to share your own experiences in that location. Don’t worry! You can stay anonymous if you want.
You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase.
• Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase

Post timer: Each post will now have a timer. The longer the post stays on the map the smaller it will get in size with time. New posts on the map will appear bigger in size when compared to the old ones.
Anjel & levels: It is time to grow as an Anjel! Now each user will be rewarded by “halos” for their participation in the app. Every time a user posts a mark on the map, he will receive .25 of a Halo. By earning halos, one’s level will increase. With each level there is a unique reward. Each user will have a chance to thank another user for their mark by giving them one halo (check out the new rating system).
Rating System: Anjel wants to be different when compared to other apps that use generic like system. We now introduce a new rating system, where each user can thank their fellow users by giving them “halos” for their marks on the map. Each user is allowed to give only one hallo to each mark on the map. By giving someone a halo, you are thanking them for their mark and at the same time recognizing the importance of the mark that they have placed on the map.
Collecting “halos” has its own reward. The more halos one collects from posting, the higher his level will be as an Anjel. Watch your level grow and so will your new marks on the map in appearance.
Post a mark on the map equals to “.25” of a halo. Therefore four marks on the map will equal to one hale.
Users can give other users halos as well. Simply open their mark on the map and tap on the halo. You will give that user a halo for that mark. Remember, the more halos one has the more prominent of Anjel he will be when he posts.
Sharing Marks: New feature, where users can now share the marks on the map with their friends. If their friend has the Anjel app, the mark will be opened within the app. If the friend does not have the Anjel app, he or she will be prompted to download the app.
