The Osia Smart App enables recipients and carers to monitor and control their Osia Sound Processor. Version 1.1.3 introduces a redesigned user experience and key enhancements that improve usability, independence, and access to services.

- Updated user interface and colour theme: A refreshed design with improved navigation, clearer program selection, and named Programs and Presets for easier identification.
- Guided connection experience: A more intuitive process for connecting the sound processor to the app.
- Favorite naming: Users can now name their own Favorites for easier personalization and recognition.
- Access without login: Basic app functions are now available without signing in, making it easier to get started.
- Sound Processor registration: Register your device directly in the app to activate warranty and gain access to Cochlear’s online services.
- Account lifecycle management: Manage your account details independently, without needing to contact Cochlear.
- General improvements: Bug fixes and stability enhancements for a smoother experience.
