Useless piece of tech
See other rating for exact details of my experience. It’s like this app was partially developed and never completed, or it got a bug that was never fixed. It should just be deleted from the App Store because it’s a huge waste.

When you log in, it automatically takes you to a page to change your password. After changing the password it takes you back to log in page. It’s a never ending cycle!

Forever changing password request
Worked fine when first downloaded now every single time I log in I am asked to change my password. Then when I log in it again asks me to change my password! Cannot move past this screen to access app. Fix asap!

Special
Created account to get my card info, mainly my member ID number. Made it to the address section and the app crashed. Restarted it and says account already exist. Tried to login and tells me it’s wrong. Try to reset password, but needs my Member ID number. THAT IS WHY I SIGNED UP, I DON’T HAVE IT!

Terrible app!
Honestly the worst App I have ever used. When I enter the correct password it takes me to the page to change my password, when I do it takes me back to the login screen. Once at the login screen I try to enter the new password and says it is incorrect, then I try the old password, also incorrect. Then when I try to go to forgot my password I can get all the way to the “answer this question,” part and there is no questions just a box to enter an answer. I tried all the answers for the security questions but none of them work. I can get into it on my computer but it never works on my phone. How

Doesn’t show newest plan info
I have never written a review on an app before but my god does this one deserve the worst review. Unfortunately ascension doesn’t allow you to use the beautiful BCBS app to view your benefits/deductibles. So this is the only option and it shows outdated plan benefits and outdated deductibles. Don’t even waste your time with this.

I’d give it zero stars if I could
This app is garbage. I never write reviews, but just had to on this one. How much can proper app developers really cost?!! The app won’t even let me login, keeps taking me to the “change password” screen; but it never changes the password to what I input and takes me back to the main screen, where my new password doesn’t work and my old password takes me back to the “change password” screen. Fix this garbage, this is people’s health insurance!

When I use my correct password to log in, it brings me to a change password site… so I enter a new password. It takes me back to the login in page. I try the new password, it says it’s incorrect. I try the old, it takes me to the change password site. Repeat cycle.

App used to work but most of the information is inaccurate, also now the app keeps asking me to change password and takes me back to the log in page and back to changing password.. it’s total garbage.. Not helpful
I think this APP is a great idea, but it must have been designed without any input from others. It’s very clumsy and I was unable to print an EOB. When data are presented, it’s there but really hard to decipher. I’ll stick with the web page. It’s far from perfect, but I am successful in figuring things out and printing EOBs etc.

I would rather call toll free number
This app can serve a great function in assessing and staying on top of the health insurance financial and claims details. With current app interface and content, this app is in its primitive stage. It suffers from: Bugs, Poor U/I , outdated membership details, inconsistency in content and information across different app pages, missing recent claim details/record etc.
Such deficiencies defy the purpose of using this app over their website or toll free number.
