This is the second time a stinky seafood that I bought. Cook seafood I opened at home it and it smells so bad expired. This time It also smell bad. Seafood workers are bad.

My grocery order was missing many things and they still charged me for it! There’s no customer service anywhere!

I ordered here after I just got out of work at 2am, I’m hoping they would have enough time since I put my pick up time at 12-1pm. At 1:30pm my stuff is not ready for pick up. Had drive down at the store and went to customer service. They never check the app for orders till I ask for mine. Then the lady said can you wait? What’s the point of this if I have to wait for another hour. I could’ve done this myself if I knew this all is a joke.

Please fix this

I really like the app, however the list is not updated for the Oxnard, Ca location. The store is phenomenal 👍🏻👍🏻

Needs Apple Pay feature

So inconvenient and worst app, I tried this app today and did my first order, got some missing items due of “ out of stock” it’s okay. But still missing some of the items I paid for, tried to contact them thru the email they provide that needs your email and password but I order as a guess so I don’t have any of those then call the store and keep saying that i need to log in to get access on my order even I have the order# I won’t recommend this app and type of delivery to anyone

Excellent communication. fast service. Worth the money every time.

Pretty horrendous app in terms of UI. Poor contrast, looks outdated, only pictures for half the products. No links to call the store, or get directions to the store via any map app. There’s also no option to save a card on file without placing an order first.

I can’t order because I can’t change the date of delivery. Not functioning

I rarely leave a review on an app! But this one is totally worth it y’all! It was my first time ordering from them and they were very interactive especially when you have a missing order and they’ll let you know if you want to have it replaced! Would definitely order again! Great job you guys!

The app is useless

My experience with the app I have used the app for curbside pickup at the Chicago store twice. I live well outside of the app’s default store radius. I have not used delivery. Things I love and how the process works I can get my Filipino food and have my lunch packed and ready to take home when I get to the store. You can set the app to email or text updates. There is also a status marker in the app. The second time, I even got text messages from a person at the store when my order was ready, and I just texted back my spot number when I parked curbside spots. App is not working at all!!! I can’t even search a store or put in my address! Pls do ANOTHER update! Otherwise....what is this app really for if we can’t even get through searching for a location?

Getting “user authentication failed. The account or api user is inactive” on both iPhone 11 and note 20 ultra.

The app generally works fine other than a more limited selection and no ability to add comments for ordering fish (ex to give custom cleaning/cutting requests). However when you sign up and create an account you’ll frequently get emails with ads that claim to be for ‘online shop only’. Well on both the online shop and app those sales never show up or aren’t even close to what’s advertised in the email.

finally tried this app and I find it very easy to use. True I does not have everything available online, but that is true for all of e-commerce sites right now. But all my essentials are there. I’m surely coming back for more..

I thought Island Pacific Supermarket’s app was bad but, at least, I could search for what I wanted there. Seafood City app is SUPER limited in available products. Even the Grill City menu didn’t have all the entrees. Can a girl just get some nori right quick?!

I can’t go thru the process of checking out, it keep on saying delivery time expired.
