Was excited in the beginning when the company I worked with introduced Nowsite as a business tool, only a month later, my company shut down so I sent text to cancel. They said they would and I’d get an email confirmation. I didn’t think anymore about it until I started getting my taxes ready and realized I was still getting charged $9.00 and then it jumped up to $19.00. Now they are saying because I didn’t receive that email, they aren’t refunding me anything. They said they sent emails but never saw them, or should I say open to read them. Wow! I can’t really see the usefulness of this. I can’t access my back office from this app, the AI is like a child wrote things and it’s just so generic. I post and my post doesn’t appear on fb under my account. It’s the holiday season and I’m honestly too overwhelmed to sit down and learn a whole New system. I will stick with chat gpt for now. Hope I don’t pay much for this.

This app makes it so easy to run my social marketing “on the go” which is how authentic SOCIAL media should be done IMHO! 🥰 I know many people love the “Surprise Me” posts, but I use the SelfieAI and MIMO features quite a bit, and commenting as well. With the addition of Social2Lead I am thrilled how easily I can add contacts and learn about them. Not sure if you can sign up for the service from the app (I see people saying they just get a white screen) but I use the app far more than the laptop version.

This company has a no refund clause in the fine print. They also do not have an 800 number for customer service issues. It is next to impossible to cancel your nowsite subscription and stop the building. Nowsite has continued to bill me although my sites have both been non-functional for a months. Upon requesting to cancel, they tried to retain me with an offer of a zoom meeting for an hour. I gave them a hard no. The billing continued. I was told the billing would stop the day before my next billing cycle. They continue to bill me. Now they’re saying that they have an attempted billing since
