Needs a lot of work
I’ve been able to check out a handful of titles I was interested in. But the search functionality in this app is abysmal. It needs a serious update to fix searches, and a lot of UI polish to fix loading errors. Titles I add to lists sometimes just show up as invisible thumbnails so I can’t even tell what books are on my lists at times. Good luck getting eBooks to check out; totally hit or miss. Update Feb 2025: Still the same issues from the original review. Found out as well that linking two cards causes the app to lose the ability to check out books. It also shows a notification in the fine

Ok but needs work
It’s fairly easy to use, but sometimes the search function as functional as it could be. I’ve not been able to search ‘title by author’ as that return 0 results, it’s one or the other and sometimes that is too many to sift through. I’ve also had some issues using the reading tracker, lately it has had ‘trouble communicating with the server’, which can be frustrating when trying to log or start a new reading session when it won’t even load your loans.

Simple But Needs Additional Features
App is easy to use and quite user friendly. I would like to see a “Wishlist” feature added. I have a list of books I’d like to place on hold at the library. However, it would be nice if that “Wishlist” could exist in the app. Notifications for items available for pickup or due would be helpful as well.

Great app; two ideas for improvement
1) It would be nice to have a way in the app to provide feedback, or at least instructions on how to do so. 2) It would be nice if you could create lists of books to read or checkout later. Libby has a nice implementation of this.

Great Update!
I love the more advanced and immersive menus now available on the app. The best part of this update, for me, is being able to see when an item needs to be picked up by. This is much appreciated and very helpful! The placement of one’s “Being Held” items in the Holds menu has been great as well. Thank you for the great update!

Good except for holds!
Good app- lets you see the digital items available as well as true print media when searching. Only problem I would like to see addressed is that when I go in to check my holds I don’t want to see how many holds I have placed but I want to see how many holds have arrived in to the library- I want to quickly open the app and look at the numbers to see if I have anything that needs picked up- it’s pointless to know how many I have placed!
