With the DLC mobile app, you can securely access your account, make a payment, or view and report outages in your area - all from the convenience of your mobile device!
• Easily schedule payments, make same-day payments through debit/credit card, manage Paperless, AutoPay, or Budget Billing.
• View a map of outages in your area, or report an outage at the touch of a button.
• Track your usage to stay up-to-date on your energy consumption.
• Sign up for My Alerts and choose what communications and reminders you would like to receive and how you would like to receive them (voice, text, or email).
