PILATES Improve flexibility, build strength and develop full-body control and endurance through low-impact, dynamic mat-based movements. BARRE Create foundations of a strong, healthy physique by targeting and isolating small muscle groups, using low weights and high repetitions inspired by ballet and pilates. BOXING Perfect the fundamentals of boxing, improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and develop speed, power, technique and accuracy with boxing. HIGH-INTENSITY HIIT Increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance by combining short intervals of working out at maximum output, with short rest periods of lower intensity.
