Updated for compatibility with AQD Web 2025.1.3 and later.

We've made some changes to the Tiled Home screen and Outbox, along with some improvements to the app to keep things running smoothly. Depending on the version of SMS Solution you connect to, these include updates for single tap lists, recalling reports, auto-resizing images, and staff field display options.

This updates includes small usability changes for customers who are on the latest version of SMS Solution. This will help keep your feedback in sync, add extra options for Staff fields, and make those text fields requiring longer entries more obvious. There have also been a number of usability, performance, and quality updates made possible by updating to the latest versions of all the tools we use to build SMS Mobile.

We have made some improvements to the latest release to address some issues with email and synchronisation, and for users in Turkish who were experiencing an issue with license codes.

This release addresses issues with devices using Turkish language settings, Azure AD authentication, and the Users screen.

You might notice things look a little different around here. In preparation for some exciting future updates, we’ve given things a new look and feel, and changed the name of the app. We hope this makes things more consistent and usable for you, even as you upgrade SMS Solution to the latest version.

Improvements to the default behaviour of Date / Time fields. Administrators can also now include Event and Cost Summaries on your Report forms. Using 2023.1, you can now customise the Help and Privacy statements available in the app.

Feedback! We have heard from a lot of you that Report Feedback is hard to find, so we have made it easier. This release includes a new Feedback view that brings all your feedback together in one place, a detailed Feedback screen, and if you are using 2023.1, the ability to see attachments. In the Tiled Home Screen layout there is also a new Unread Feedback carousel that brings any new feedback to your attention right away.

Local Notifications If reports from any user on the device have been left in Draft and/or in the Outbox, a local notification will be displayed. These notifications are displayed at a minimum interval of 90 minutes, but are to a much larger extent controlled by iOS and it’s background processing algorithms. New Reports: The ‘Classic’ home page New Report dialog has been updated. The 'Tiled' home page layout is now using wider tiles that are more dynamic depending on device type and orientation. We have also fixed a couple of display issues on the ‘Tiled’ home page. Translations: An update to all non-English languages has been applied that addresses a number of missing translations.

Bug fixes and minor UX changes. Support for the upcoming 2023.1 form designs and new processes.

This version fixes an issue that was impacting the connect service URL persisting on updates for some users.

We have updated the New Report pop-up styling and added the ability to open URLs in the default browser from buttons added to the Form Designer.

Addressed an issue highlighted in iOS 16. Made the behaviour of long text fields consistent across all platforms and added user setting to control behaviour.

Small bug fixes and new functionality allowing password resets for database authentication users, secure attachment submission, securing the connect service connection and more. Please refer to the release notes for full details.

Bug fixes, better visibility of connectivity status. Made the 'Copy' report button hidden by default, to enable please go to settings page and enable it.

Updated date controls, new badge settings, iOS15 support, and bug fixes.

Resolves a number of issues and includes minor enhancements for accessing logs and resetting session details. Also gives more guidance to users when reports fail to send, providing more information about potential faults and suggestions on how to resolve issues.
