The eLation Technician app allows technicians for telecommunications companies the opportunity to manage and diagnose customer information in the field on their devices.
Businesses using the eLation software from Innovative Systems will be able to integrate with our system to search for customers, diagnose customer equipment, modify device settings, and manage Map Data for their customers.
