ATCO Always here. Anytime. Check out how we have made it easy for you to stay in the know when the power goes out! ATCO customers can track and report outages from anywhere! Sign in or register a new account to gain direct access to outage information and conveniently report outages at your location. Set up user preferences to receive notifications to your mobile device via the channel of your choice: SMS, Email or Push Notifications. Real time outage information is at your fingertips by simply one touch of a pin on the map. Information is available up to the minute, including outage cause and estimated restoration times, planned and emergency outages in your area and information to keep you and your loved ones safe in an emergency power outage.

This release is loaded with some great enhancements to our user experience. Reporting street light issues has never been easier thanks to a handy new Map Search allowing users to locate street lights without needing to look up numbers on a pole! Dealing with maps is easier overall, due in part to a new feature allowing users to center the map on their location or any other address of interest. When outage reports are submitted, or when users are attempting to register for accounts, we've implemented more feedback, messaging, and handy links to help them on their way. Want to submit feedback? You can now do so without creating an account or logging in, as we'd love to hear what you think. So let us know!
