- Get walking directions to our new Amenities Corridor at our Plano Campus - Easily browse and borrow ebooks and audiobooks in our app when you’re at our Dallas or Plano hospitals. (If you don’t have a Children’s Health library card you can request one in the app!) - The Upcoming Appointments card on your dashboard now shows the next 7 days’ appointments to help you plan your week. - MyChart has some updates too: - - Get a code to recover your username or reset your password. - - PreCheck-in is now called “Get Ready” - - Keep loved ones informed during your hospital stay with Friends & Family Updates. - - Clean up your MyChart Messages with bulk actions—select multiple messages to bookmark, archive or mark as read. - Fixed an issue that prevented our chatbot from launching. - Other small fixes and improvements

- New users can now request a Children’s Health MyChart account or enter an activation code from the Account Help screen. - Your login preferences are now saved in your MyChart Account Settings. The updated Appointments card makes it easy to see which visits are in-person and which are video calls. Addresses are now formatted to be easier to read. We continue to improve the app for larger text compatibility. Our Privacy policy is now in the More menu under About this App.
