The Detail Tracking System ™ is an American Made, Secure, Cloud-Based System for Police Agencies to manage the incredible task of DETAILS and OVERTIME, disbursement in an efficient, and transparent manner. Our system uses the latest in security technology and is mobile friendly from anywhere and from any device that has internet availability! There are no servers or infrastructure for you to buy! This is a fully secure cloud based system, just like online banking! We guarantee that this system will reduce your administration overhead by at least 50 to 80% The “Detail Tracking System” owned by SYSTEMWORKS, LLC is an American made Cloud Application product. Our company is based in the state of Massachusetts and have customers nationwide. The Police Detail Tracking System is extremely unique because it encompasses a one of a kind Embedded Proprietary Automated Algorithm also known as the “Internal Engine” This feature will save departments over 10 fold the amount of time it takes to disburse details and overtime. The OIC no longer has to call individual officers because the internal engine reaches out to the officers to delegate the assignments based on their eligibility hours and seniority. The “Internal Engine” is customized for the department to meet their Union CBA and or Department Policies and in the background, runs every 60 seconds as a system heartbeat providing an artificial intelligence to execute these laborious tasks. One of our goals is to assist departments in reducing the huge administrative overhead of detail and overtime delegation along with vendor billing for a fraction of the cost currently being exhausted in a secure, transparent and accurate manner. In addition, the time saved by the department can free up officers in charge, making them more available to the needs of public safety and less on the shuffling of paperwork and phone calls. SYSTEMWORKS, LLC is a Massachusetts company committed to provide a unique implementation of our automated award engine unlike anything that exists therefore, we have not established a formal dealer network and SystemWorks, LLC is the ultimate sole source for the Detail Tracking System product line. ​

Notifications don’t work
No longer received text notifications. There is a button to auto fix Mobile app and then test push notification, however it does not fix the issue no matter how many times I’ve clicked on auto fix. Constantly missing overtime and detail notifications and extremely unhappy with this app.

Notifications don’t work
The app is great in lots of way with one HUGE exception. The app only notifies me of details maybe 20% of the time, and when it does it can be 30+ minutes after the bid is posted. So in short, the notification is pointless because the bid has closed if it’s a pole break or something last second. The only way to fix this is to set up email notifications which are flawless. However, that means I get 30-60 emails a day, with no way to filter for the details I want to hear about. So essentially you have to choose between getting bombarded with emails and notifications every day, or missing ou

Why promote a mobile app?
The mobile app is the exact same format at the webpage. Only difference is that it’s miniature and more of a pain to use. Could use a lot of work to make it practical & user friendly.

Lacking and unrefined
App is lacking in a lot of categories that should be standard also it is a glorified web site that you log in via an app. Does not have Touch ID so you must manually enter username and password every time you want to log on. For the actual in app you have to constantly switch between the browser based setup and mobile setup to get to certain features. The app brings you to the website when you select browser and formats poorly to your phone. Honestly the entire app is a glorified portal to their website and annoying trying to locate certain screens on your phone.

Best logistics software!
My agency was stuck in the mud. We were using telephone calls and pen / paper for overtime and details. This software changed our way of life. Officers now have a convenient way of being assigned extra duty assignments. This is a powerful product that we will be using for many of our daily tasks.

Was great, but now....
The app has worked great for months and has been especially nice not having to open up hundreds of web browser pages over the course of logging in every so often to check on things. But now, all of a sudden, I’m the past 3-4 days, I’m getting a password error in the app only. The password is the same for when in the web browser, and that works through chrome and safari. It’s stored under the same address in my phones keychain, so nothing is different. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still not working.
