Sound Loop

I really like this and use it as my main music app cuz I like to loop songs so I can sleep to them or have a playlist play while I do other stuff without it skipping songs like yt does cuz of montization issues or whatnot but I’m writing this cuz recently I noticed a glitch where it’s like the app got reset to a week ago, about 10 songs r gone from my playlist, my liked videos aren’t the recent one and the history is what I was listening to a week ago and not the last few days, I’ve also checked yt and it’s not like the videos have been taken down or anything, I even reset my phone to see if t

This app allows you to play music in the background, loop music, watch the video from YouTube without adds. what really makes this app the best is that you can loop your music and if you lose service you can still listen to the looped song. Only bad part is: 30-40% of the time when you close out your phone the app shuts down

Please have the ability to use i cloud please and account to save songs and playlist to easy transfer please i don’t want to search 300+ plus to save on my other phone please

This app is within my top five most frequently used apps on my phone. I listen to music with it every day, multiple times a day, and it has been AMAZING. Until now. Just yesterday, I put my headphones in, got on my phone, went on the SoundLoop app, opened the playlists menu, and found all my playlist thumbnails out of order. I thought ‘Oh, well that’s weird. Must be a minor glitch.’ and tried to play a song from one of my playlists. Instead it played a (probably) completely random song from either my history or another playlist. Ever since the last update, the app hasn’t worked in the background. It’s hard to use with headphones in my pocket if you can’t shut the screen off.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I have loved it. But as of a couple of days ago the app won’t play my music/video when I move off the app or lock my screen. I have tried everything I can to try and correct the issue, and I haven’t been able to fix it. It would be great if The issue was resolved since I like to read and listen to music at the same time among other things. I would gladly amend my rating of the app if the problem was fixed.

Normally when I use this app, I expect the music to be able to run in the background while I do other stuff on my phone. However, since 10/26/2020 this is not working. I play a song and get out of the app. What’s supposed to happen is that when I do this, the song I’m listening to continues playing again after a couple seconds. But since the date specified above, nothing happens. The music just stops until I get back in the app. Can you please fix this? I see no logical reason for a great feature like that to be removed.

This app has been broken for months. First it a lot crashes and tells me it can’t search and now when I switch apps, it won’t play in the background anymore.

After the recent update the music won’t play in the background anymore. Used to work just fine even with the phone screen off. Please fix this!

It used to work so that you could lock the screen and still be able to listen to the music. It doesnt do that anymore. So it's trash.

The whole point of me using this app was that I could listen to songs while this app played in the background. It’s extremely frustrating that this app no longer does that. I have no use for this app anymore.

The new update doesn’t allow it to play in the background when you leave the app or lock your phone. That’s literally the whole point for this app

Used to use it all the time, but now all of a sudden, whenever I try loading a video I just end up with a “Click here to watch this video on YouTube” message. Four or five stars when it’s working, one star for now since it’s literally useless.

The video is super laggy and will not loop, even with the button activated.

Fantastic way to listen to music or audio based videos while on the go...when it works. Concerning v2.4.6, the app crashes or fails to search constantly. I’ve had minor success with a couple of workarounds: 1) Reset phone internet access by turning it all off and back on through settings, or turning on airplane mode for 10ish seconds then turning it off. Limited success. 2) Go into Settings>SoundLoop>Siri&Search then disable Learn from this App. Dunno if it’s been a fluke, but I have had back to back successful searches for three days now. Out of my, 32 something searches. So far, I have had it work, ONCE.

I LOVE this app. Been using it for years, especially for night when I need music/sound to fall asleep and have something specific in mind. Also great for when you find a song and you can’t get enough of it. However something that happens more and more frequently is “not able to search... Try again later”. Sometimes uninstalling it then REINSTALLING it works. However you lose your history so when it doesn’t work you lose everything and can’t click on any video because nothing is there and it’s extremely frustrating. This app is useless right now, when I search for a song it immediately crashes and if it doesn’t crash it just give me an error, don’t download waste of time

This used to be such a great app. I used to use this all the time when driving but it has recently been getting worse through its updates. Before it just crashes when I try to search but that was easily fixed by reopening the app and searching again. After this update (Version 2.4.6) I cannot even search anymore. It will just give “Cannot Search...Please Try Again Later”. There is never a later as it will never work. I hope this bug gets fixed since I really love this app.

Keep getting the error “sorry cannot search...please try again later”. Yeah no thanks I’ll just uninstall

I can search anything and other options make the app crash. Only thing I can do is listen to song in my history.

If you try searching for something, it may work one minute and not the other. You have to make sure to save your videos if you ever want to see them again because the majority of the time trying to get a new video to play is impossible.

Whenever I try to search for a video name I get this error. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

When you stop using the app. It doesn’t let you search for videos anymore. 💔

This app has been thus far great until now the search function no longer works. It says error, cannot search.

This app is wonderful for using your phone while listening to music on repeat and the playlists option is great because i like to listen all day! It’s awesome because the youtube app still doesn’t let you use your phone at the same time & this lets you access videos not on music streaming platforms. However I have one suggestion- if possibly the next app update can have an option to ‘add all’ from a previous playlist to a new one? whenever i start a new playlist i have to make it from scratch. I think it would be very beneficial and save time to have the option to go to an existing playlist,

On several occasions over at least the past couple months (and after a few app updates), this app crashes when I search for a new song that I haven’t listened to yet.

Hi Team - if you are reading this pls fix this bug issue and I a going to update my ratings.. Lately whenever I use the search option to search for any song, as soon as i enter the text and hit search, the App crashes and throws me out to the phone dashboard... Pls fix this major issue, bcz it leaves such a nice app useless!
