The MyCostaMesa app allows you to connect directly with city staff to more effectively and efficiently resolve issues in the community. You can submit a service request using GPS to pinpoint the issue, attach photos and receive automatic notification of status updates – all from your mobile device.
With MyCostaMesa you can report:

• nuisance behavior
