‘Support’ info in Chinese. Sorry but I do not speak or read Chinese. Can not add my own music. Can not make. My own captions to be displayed on cap. Instruction lettering is too small! The cap is fun but very limited. Needs better programming!

Yea right, i cannot for the life of me , connect my hat to the app on my phone

Unable to connect to display through app or apple Bluetooth menu, app was unable to discover the device; or even show me it was looking for a device.

You advertised way more options for your app and hat and failed miserably I even returned the hat immediately don’t waste your time

Got hat and can’t connect to phone app

So in videos I saw a mask with 4 colors and then I saw another one with a bunch of mask that were just blue so I assume that the mask could have different settings to change the colors and what not I am incorrect in the statement. The mass does only have four. Also, this is just the idea for the app if you wanna add like a edit style, where you can make your own animation so you could customize like how fast they swap and this would give us a.k.a. the people who bought this just more free freedom with the mask which I think will be a lot nicer so like animations you could have slide ones slide

Horrible it's upside down and I can't fix it

I bought an LED hat from a vendor (CYB wear) in Las Vegas. They told me to charge the hat and connect it to the app via Bluetooth. I’ve tried multiple times and the hat will not connect to the app. Very disappointed.

You used to be able to change the color of the texts and fonts. Now it’s all very basic. The upgrade is actually a down grade!

Definitely needs to be vetted by at least one person who speaks english

I couldn’t figure out how to get the text sent to the hat- I thought the app was outdated but, you have to hit the red button at the bottom

A couple of months ago (about June 2024) I watched a Live demonstration on TikTok for these LED hats by YoYoway. During the demonstration we were told unlimited text, we could change colors, and I thought he said we could even change the font! Viewers typed in their ideas so they could see it appear on the cap! It really was a great demonstration and he made it look EASY. I probably should have asked him to show us the app as he made the changes. During that demonstration, I bought four hats for an event THIS Sunday. So, as I'm getting one hat ready I'm discovering I can't change the font c

So many features are non functional. Can’t upload pic or gif. Animation is lacking. Other apps have way more features. This one is not good.

Bought this silly hat, instructed me to get this app to work the led billboard. CANNOT get it to connect via Bluetooth.

Bugs in app: * lost the ability to create custom designs * if you use an apostrophe (‘) in the text, the is an extra space added after the apostrophe. Example: “I’m Happy” shows “I’ m Happy” on hat.

Looks great works good but not enough colors and not enough preset images to use needs more than it is a five star but for now 3 stars I like it though

If you tap in the text area to enter text, it crashes immediately in iOS and iPadOS. There’s no way to enter custom text. It’s useless unless you like the few pre-built images that it comes with. I hope this will be fixed in a future version. It makes that hat much less fun.

I was hoping to replace my individual colored armbands with a single customizable and rechargeable device with movement pattern options. The advertisement showcases images with multiple colors but doesn’t specify that those colors are not able to be changed and are laid out in quadrants. Not what I was looking for

What you see is what you get on this app, it’s very boring. You cannot do custom colors. You can’t have the lights move to the sound of your voice you can’t download your own music you’re only stuck with three year-old lullabies everything on the graphic side it’s just girly with hearts I really wish the developers of this app was actually do something cool with it and then it be customizable. But for now I’m really regretting buying this mask because of limited choices. If I could, I would rate of 0 instead of a 1 star.

The songs aren’t even good they’re lullabies and the diy table is fine I like it but the delete all and the erase button are too close and it doesn’t have the best drawing on screen but on time I spent 35 minutes on a design made one little mistake and missed clicked and reset the entire design

I bought a great product but it needs more animations for make it a good luck to my accessory please add more

Easy to use after connected to Bluetooth.

Good app, does what it’s supposed to do. Pretty simple to use and works great for my led lighted face mask called the Magic Mask on Amazon. I wish that there were more pre loaded animations though or a way to create your own. But the text scrolls great and the custom drawing part works great as well. Usually if there’s trouble connecting, it’s because the battery is low on the mask.
