Description
Phần mềm gọi điện thoại chạy trên smartphone cho phép nghe gọi mọi lúc, mọi nơi khi có kết nối Internet. Trong lúc đàm thoại có thể ghi âm, mời (gọi) người (số) khác cùng tham gia (họp), chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi tới máy nhánh khác hoặc chuyển có tham vấn (hỏi người nhận đồng ý) trước khi chuyển. Những tính năng này là cần thiết và hữu ích cho doanh nghiệp bởi chúng giúp cho người dùng dễ dàng cộng tác với khách hàng, đối tác và đồng nhiệp của mình. Hơn nữa, do chạy trên trên nền tảng chuẩn VoIP/ SIP cùng Thông báo Push, CCALL Cloud Softphone còn có thể nhận cuộc gọi đến bất kể trường hợp nào, kể cả khi máy smartphone ở chế độ chờ.
