App work alright for the first couple months then been having trouble just trying to sign in to look at my cameras. Take about 30 times to sign in just keeps saying operating fail try again and you do that about 30 times and then finally lets you in get really old fast.

I can’t download the app to my new Samsung phone

Suddenly cannot log on it says operation failed? Has been doing this for a week now

This is the strangest application I’ve ever used. For the first two months I was very impressed. Then one afternoon I was no longer able to view any video on my iPhone or iPad ( I’ve deleted the application and reinstalled. Still no access to video. What’s strange is on another iPhone video work’s perfect. Need help, I’m confused.

The hard drive burned out and a replacement required within 16 months .decent resolution good night vision .. I have never been able to access via app or wirelessly to see when I’m not around . Wish they could figure out how to connect the cameras to the app this is the whole reason I purchased so I can keep an eye on things while I’m away :/

I am unable to view on the Danale App they said the server had irreparable failure and no longer supports the services of some devices. I was advised to use this App but only 1 of my 8 views are available. Was told if it didn't work to purchase a new NVR. Not very good support.

This app works for a few days but then stops working and won’t let you log in. It’s been almost a week or two that the app has stopped on all phones which doesn’t allow us to view the cameras with our phones. This needs to be looked into.

just bought these cameras trying to connect them to my device but im so confused and says “ cameras off-line “ if some one can help help text me on insta: aceves.mia

It keeps saying my cameras are offline when they’re not and now it’s not even letting me login.

You can't see the cameras on HD resolution, It's all blurry and not clear on the app

It takes a few minutes to get everything lined up with getting a the cameras and settings for each camera and general settings correct. But not that they fixed many intitial issues, I can view cameras online anywhere on my iphone anytime it seems like. I have waited to do this review for a while and the system is definitely working well for months now.

Not sure what happened, but suddenly I’m no longer getting alarm notifications. 50/50 chance that I’ll get an alarm noti only while actively watching the cameras rendering it useless. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it and get in touch with c/s but nothing works. This app was great for me for about a yr and a half only.

Downloaded the app, it won’t let me register as a new user. I try to enter my email address and it says it’s invalid…? It won’t let you create a new account. This app seems shady.

Horrible at connecting to begin with now now after the new update I can no longer login at all.

Everyone my husband and I get an update on our phones we cannot log back into it. My husband has an android and I have an iPhone. And now it won’t retrieve our password anymore.

Perdí la conexión en mi teléfono aunque si tengo en mi tableta, no he podido recuperarla ya hice lo que pude y solo dice seleccionar un “device first “ pero no hay nada en la página, estoy muy inconforme con estas cámaras No traen manual tampoco tengo que investigar por cuenta propia cómo usarlas y no he podido siquiera ver lo qué hay en el dispositivo principal . Para mi es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero buscaré otras opciones.

Through app you can’t Connect cameras so you can see it all right recorded videos I write it zero.

This app will only pull up on camera. Have tried to fix it multiple times… Very disappointed.

The app keeps crashing! I can’t even see the cameras. It won’t let me log in, even if it’s the correct password.
