I’ve had this app for some time and it frequently crashes when launching. Very frustrating to have a camera system that is virtually unusable remotely. In addition to the crashing, push notifications for movement don’t work and the playback functionality is terrible.

Piece of crap app!!!
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! A big part of why I bought this camera system was the fact that I can monitor my cameras via my smart phone (or so the advertising said). If you are going to advertise for something that you cannot provide, rethink your marketing! Totally disappointed in this product because of this. It is unfair to your clients or customers that you leave them in the dark when it comes to your “app“. Why can’t you people fix this problem?!?!
