The My Pathway to Health® (MPTH) mobile app allows members to participate in their employer’s wellness program on the go! The MPTH app offers comprehensive health management tools and provides a secure means for members to communicate with their health coach.
With My Pathway to Health® (MPTH) mobile app record every Blood Sugar reading by using Diabetes Management feature of the app as well as Fitness data and view them all in one place.
My Pathway to Health® (MPTH) app now also integrates with the Health app and captures Active energy, steps count and calories burned info to display in various trackers on our app.
