Mobile Go 2.0 includes the following new functionality:
Mobile Work Orders - The ability for PRO's to see the details of their Work Orders directly in the mobile application.
Offline Capability - PROs can utilize the app even when they don't have service. The information will be held and passed along to Cloud as soon as they get service again!
Travel Time & Mileage Entry - PROs will have the ability to manually enter travel time & mileage right into the app. The information will flow automatically into Cloud.
Job Timer - PROs will have now have the ability to keep track of their progress on the job, by seeing a running clock once they start job.
Job Override Capability - A PRO can now request to update their start or stop time directly in the app. The request can then be approved or denied by you or your office staff right in Cloud.
