Description
Skilled nursing and assisted living customers of Partners Pharmacy and our sister company, Advanced Pharmacy, who use our PartnerConnect web portal can use this application to interact directly with the pharmacy and get real-time services right on your phone.
Generate Price Quotes - Get immediate access to your facility pricing for managing your admissions process. Save the price quotes for later access and printing from PartnersConnect.
Medication Profile and Refills - View your patients and their medication orders, including the status of any orders in process at the pharmacy. Need a refill? Just click the button on the order, or scan the barcode on the current medication card.
High Cost Medication Alerts - When a facility medication charge exceeds a threshold you set with the pharmacy you will be notified directly in the app. View the order, add notes for the pharmacy, and approve or deny the dispense.
Fax Viewer and Sender - See images of all faxes recently received by the pharmacy to be sure your fax went through. You can even use your phone camera to take a picture of a document and "fax" it to us in a secure and HIPAA compliant way.
Immediate Pharmacy Call Access - No need to remember our phone number. Just press the button in the app to reach your servicing pharmacy.

The following items are addressed in this release:
•On order refills, if there is an error completing the request the user will now see a message giving information on the situation encountered.
•On order refills, after scanning a barcode the refill button was not always responsive. This has been fixed.
•On order refills, scanning a barcode that did not match an order displayed a blank screen. The user will now get a message.
•On price quotes, the user will be prompted if the quantity or days supply fields are blank.
•On price quotes, an issue with the quantity being interpreted differently than on the web site for certain liquids has been resolved.
•On price quotes, any quantity multiplier that is displayed on the web site will also appear in the app after the exact med NDC is selected.
•On price quotes, a problem with accepting fractional quantities has been fixed.
•On the outliers screen, the outlier buttons would not display after the first outlier was responded to. This has been fixed.
•On the outliers screen, occasionally the outlier folders would show when a facility is not set up to use outliers. This has been fixed.
•When faxing, the user will see a message if the app has not been granted access to the device camera.
