For the record: I have only used Distance mode, so my review can't reflect on other aspects of the app. That being said, I'm currently across the ATLANTIC from my partner, and we used the Distance feature with 0 issues. The response time from the long distance phone to vibrator was instantaneous, and we didn't experience any disconnection that other reviews have quoted happening. Very very impressed. The vibrating modes are plentiful and the interface is easy to navigate as well.

I asked already, please give a chance to replace default photo with my own fully custom one. I wanna see my object of desire instead of the generic photo

This review is strictly for the app, I have separate thoughts about the toy itself. I haven’t used it with a partner so can’t speak to the Bluetooth connection. Even so, I’m frustrated by several things and new update has actually made them worse. One issue is that the custom mode creation process makes no sense. I truly do not understand what the new timer function is for, or how to program a pattern to last for a certain amount of time. Worse, none of the custom modes I programmed before the recent update work anymore. It cycles through my programmed modes rapidly instead of staying on one?

The Bluetooth disconnects frequently causing the toy not to respond. When it is connected the toy only responds in very short intervals.

I’ve bought 2 of these now, they are great… but they break too easily. Eventually the power button gets stuck or shifts away from its intended location and no longer turns on.

Safely I wasted about $70. I bought the toy to use with a companion. It’s fully charged. The vibration is nice and strong…but the app doesn’t connect. I’ve tried every trouble shooting method the website advises and nothing worked. Save your money and go with another brand. Unless you don’t care about the long distance play, but that’s the only reason I got it. I’m disappointed.

When you fill out the info to sign up there’s no next button and you can’t scroll down. A very pitiful bug. Already regretting this purchase.

Bought an iker and when I came home and charged it using the buttons just to feel the vibrations and pulse in my hands no problem super excited. Tried the app right before use and whole device froze and will not work now waste of 100$ because store will not refund open product even if unused.

app constantly crashes, bluetooth connection is terrible, music doesn’t sync. it’s a shame bc the toy itself is great, powerful and ergonomically designed. but without a useful app, it’s meh. i’ll stick with the trusted and true we-vibe.

The Bluetooth connection will disconnect after a few minutes and when using the remote mode it will almost always freeze

Music mode is cool but only allows you to play songs downloaded onto phone in IOS in an alphabetical list of ALL songs, needs sorting, selecting, and to work with streaming services, but mainly the ability to set and forget with playlists/albums/artists. Crashes are kind of frequent and functionality is a little limited, but still can be quite fun

Need more modes. Also the physical product is small and also hard to clean.

Whenever you use the apps music feature, it closes the app before anything can happen

Either don’t advertise the feature or fix it

Please fix the syncing of music from iTunes so that it actually works. Without it the toy feels like a massive waste of money because I have other toys which perform the other functions.

The app does not work at all. It says connected but none of the functions have an effect on the product. The music crashes the app. At least the actual product does function. Unfortunate.

Every time I select the music option I can’t use any of the songs or use my own because the app crashes. The only goos option is the touch and the patterns which is why I’m not giving it zero stars. But PLEASEEE fix the music option. That was one of the reason I bought this product.

Super tight although the music doesn’t load up to it that needs to be fixed. Other than that great

“Remote mode” 1). You can’t copy/paste the super long code string, the “share ID with partner” button doesn’t work 2). Even if you manually enter it and connect, the feature is broken and says “send failure”. Please fix. Needs to be updated. Not currently recommended as none of the features that make it appealing as a remote couple work.
