Install the application, confirm your identity with a trusted profile, electronic identity card, or electronic banking and you're ready to go!
What will you gain?
• Digital documents in one place: mDowód, mobile driving license, different IDs, Large Family Card, and more.
• Services that will help you handle official matters and protect yourself against fraudsters – Block PESEL and Safely on the Net.
• Quick access to your prescriptions, the number of penalty points, or air quality measurements.
• Notifications when your documents or third-party liability insurance policies expire.

This service allows you to check the list of entities in which you are listed as an authorised representative, a member of a supervisory body or a proxy. You can download information equivalent to a current extract from the register, as well as enable KRS notifications.
