The WashNow! App is a powerful, easy-to-use mobile app that car wash operators can offer to their customers to deliver a seamless, modern purchasing experience.
With WashNow!, customers can create secure accounts to purchase single washes, wash books, gift cards, and enroll in unlimited wash club membership, all from their mobile device. Saved payment methods allow for fast, convenient checkout, helping streamline the buying process.
At the car wash, WashNow! enables a smooth, touch-free redemption experience. Customers can quickly access their wash using a code or barcode, reducing friction and improving throughput.
The app also allows customers to view their purchase history, manage account details, and keep track of remaining washes, providing greater visibility and convenience.
Additional features include a streamlined onboarding experience for existing club members through license plate recognition, along with improved vehicle entry during sign-up. When configured in WashConnect, the app also supports rewards and promotions, as well as club renewal and termination.
The WashNow! App provides consistent, reliable mobile experience that helps operators enhance customer convenience, improve efficiency, and support ongoing engagement.
