MIND GYM: Here we have some focusing or relaxation exercises to keep the mind fit and healthy.

Did you ever searched for an app or feature which can ease your daily hectic schedule and keep you peaceful? Here we are releasing Traffic Control, a new feature, which notifies you to pause and meditate. You have lot of customizations too, for example, you can choose your meditation music, time to be notified etc.
A new audio named "Steps to Meditate" is also added in "Mind Lab", which will help you to get started with meditation.Along with these changes there are bug fixes and improvements. For feedback do write us at beezone@bkconnect.net
