Changed Bokeh blur method

· The sliders view is loaded more smoothly when the app opens. · Now if you have the "pro version" (IAP) purchased, you can rotate your screen when the filters menu is open and it will hide. · When changing the blur or vibrancy by dragging your finger on the image, the blur and vibrancy sliders are now more smooth.
