As of this update, ShipHero’s mobile app requires an operating system of iOS 12 or newer.
NOTE: We also support iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and iPod Touch (6th generation). However, iOS 12 support is limited and we do not recommend them to ensure long term support.
