Operation steps:
1. Turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth in "Setting-Bluetooth"
2. Turn on the hardware referring to its instruction manual.
3. Open Fitness app, and select the device name on the pop up device list.
4. Select different modes and frequency to feel different PULSE from the device.Choose one you feel good.
5. Enjoy it.
