Description
POLICE FIT is a Victoria Police product designed to assist applicants to prepare for the Victoria Police fitness test.
All programs are specifically designed by the Victoria Police Physical Training Unit to assist applicants to meet the requirements of the Victoria Police fitness test.
A new selection of strength, body weight and running workouts have been designed to suit various fitness level and help you prepare for each fitness component. The bodyweight workouts can be completed anywhere, anytime with no equipment required.
Download the app to view our new and exclusive instructional videos and tips on how to complete and prepare for each fitness component.
All you need to get started is the POLICE FIT app, and the motivation to succeed! The app will help you measure your progress and provide some great nutritional tips along the way.
