Bug Fix
• There were several reports of apps not loading devices on iOS 12.2. The temporary solution was to remove and reinstallation of the app. This is issue is now resolved and everything is working correctly.

• Match your light levels with the new visible dim level
• Make sure youre app is connected correctly with the connection status icon (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi)
• Remote scheduling is now available with the HALO Home Bridge
• If Bluetooth connection is lost, the app menu in the top left corner can be opened revealing a new option; reach down and tap “Reconnect Mesh”. Wait as the connection is refreshed. The Bluetooth signal will not glow blue, although connection is growing. Reconnect your own network before helping others.

I’m so disappointed with this system. We have 3 flood lights which work intermittently. And after waiting 40+ minutes on hold, left my number to get a callback. And when I did, I got a message saying to call, which I did and they said they were closed at 3:24 PM. Grrrrr!

We asked for our electrician to install a dusk to dawn Flood Light they brought us out this light. It took them 2.5 hours to install as it’s super complicated to install. After it was installed I spent about 3 days to figure out how to get it to work for dusk to dawn. That worked for awhile and now for over 6 months I have a choice either leave the dang thing on or leave it off. The app is useless as it requires you to install two lights at once but it won’t work to add the first without a group that you can’t add until you have multiple lights. The original manufacturer is Avi-on and they have no intention of adding features or extending this product. Therefore it’s a terrible investment as it will not incorporate Matter or even basic functionality like smart things or home assistant. Unlike other smart switches and lights app, this one cannot sync lights current status when they’re turned on or off using wall switch. Why? It’s such a bare minimum requirement for anything smart and something that can be operated via app, voice, or manual wall switch.

Used to love the app but since the last eet update I’ve had issues. I am unable to use the app on IPad. When I login, the app will begin to load my account with all my preprogrammed devices, schedules, etc. part way through loading the app will crash and when I reopen it, there are no devices to control. On my android device everything shows up as it should. This should be fixed

I have 5 lights all on one schedule, and this app can't even get that right. Sometimes they all follow schedule, sometimes a few stay on all day, sometimes all but one cuts on at nite, etc. No real rhyme or reason to pattern. And heaven forbid the power ever blink, then they each take on a schedule of their own. App & lights Just don't work as advertised.

Great idea. Awful execution.
It’s great to have a lamp dimmer for any bulb or lamp fixture, but the app rarely responds or does what it’s supposed to. Loading the app takes way too long, the UI is not intuitive, settings only save after multiple attempts, and that is if it connects to your device at all. You’re better off buying a smart bulb, I think.

The app is ridiculously buggy. I logged out and when I logged back in, the app continually crashes during the log in process. When I restart the app and finally get in, all my settings are gone and I can’t even add my devices. I have over 35 lights, adding them one by one is an absolute nightmare using this app. Wish I had never even bought into this system.
