What’s New Version 4.0.4
- Fixed a major stability issue affecting the AIS layer, particularly in areas with high AIS traffic. TZ Online AIS now operates reliably.
- Fixed an issue where the Instrument NMEA configuration was lost every time the app restarted, requiring users to reconfigure it on each launch.
- Fixed an issue affecting Elite users where some oceanographic values in the contextual menu were displayed incorrectly, particularly Chlorophyll, which always showed 0.
- Fixed a random stability issue that could occur when creating routes or lines from latitude/longitude coordinates using the keyboard.
- Fixed an issue where the Position Report dialog did not always appear when starting a live trip. As a result, followers might not receive the trip start notification or be able to follow the trip.
- Restored the Chart Feedback feature, which had been removed by mistake. This feature allows users to report chart areas that require improvement directly to our chart team.

The following issues have been fixed in this update:
• Stability issue affecting 7th-generation iPads. The root cause was identified and fixed.
• Migration issue from Version 3 to Version 4 that could result in the loss of instrument connection settings.
• Some users lost access to their charts after updating.
• Users with a Premium Weather or Sport Fishing subscription did not automatically regain access to the Essential service.
• The "Cruise Speed" option (formerly "Planning Route Speed") in the "Profile" menu was not available without an internet connection.
• Occasional crash when tapping the notification bar.
• Crash or inability to validate a "Catch".
• Inconsistent date display in the Navigation screen: tides and tidal currents did not always show data corresponding to the current time.
• Infinite zoom issue when using pinch-to-zoom gestures.
• Occasional crash when opening the LOG page.
A known stability issue affecting 5th-generation iPads remains under investigation. Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the problem.

We have worked hard with the Furuno teams in Japan to bring you compatibility with the brand new FCV 600 and FCV 800 fish finders! The connection between TZ iBoat and these fish finders is easily made via WiFi. You can now easily switch between the map and the fish finder view directly in your TZ iBoat app!
Improvements:
• Meteogram improvement: in previous versions, when using the meteogram, it was cumbersome to switch from one model to another. In this version, we have integrated buttons into the meteogram to allow direct model switching. You will therefore be able to compare these models very easily!
• Quick access to NMEA configuration: many of you have requested this shortcut, and we have made it! You have direct access to the NMEA configuration by simply tapping the Warning bar (orange) when the message "Connection lost with NMEA gateway" appears.
Bugs fixed:
• Export of routes that contain special characters in the name.
• Fix of a bug related to the Tooltip not opening on certain objects.
• Correction of a crash in Search.
