The Best Health mobile app from Sharp Health Plan makes it even easier to meet your wellness goals. Access tools and resources to help you plan, track and celebrate your journey toward better health.
• Get started by taking your Wellness Assessment and receive personalized resources and recommendations.
• Engage in a variety of digital and/or telephonic coaching programs to increase your knowledge and build skills in healthy eating, sleep, emotional well-being, exercise and more.
• Participate in personal, buddy and organization wellness challenges.
• Connect a variety of wellness tracking apps and devices.
Best Health is a comprehensive wellness program available to all Sharp Health Plan members and select employer groups at no extra cost. The program is one of a select group of health plan wellness programs to receive national accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Offering robust online wellness tools, one-on-one health coaching and more, Best Health provides resources you can use to reach your health goals.
