We’ve introduced a new way to keep your loved ones informed during your hospital journey. Patients can now select up to five loved ones during online pre-admission to receive real-time updates on their movement in and out of theatre. A simple way to keep those closest to you reassured and connected.

Our patients will have access to Clinical AI-powered information about the care they received in our hospitals, making their care more accessible, personalised, and supportive. NetcarePlus GapCare clients can now view their policy details and submit gap cover claims on the app.NetcarePlus EmergencyCare Accident Cover clients can access their digital membership card on the app.

We have enhanced the Netcare app to make your hospital experience more comfortable. Once admitted, the app will reflect hospital specific features, like free Wi-Fi, your Hospital Stay Guide, and a ‘Get in touch’ feature, where you can ask questions or raise any concerns. Once discharged, your app will offer a new set of features including a recovery guide, your health records, billing information, a patient feedback survey and the opportunity to give thanks to staff members who cared for you.

We are helping you to better prepare you for your hospital stay. You can now complete your pre-admission on the app and access your Hospital Stay Guide which gives you key information about your hospital stay. Information such as visiting hours, meal schedules, accounts, billing and much more will be available. You will also be able to view a history of your hospital visits and access your hospital accounts. General enhancements.

A Summary of Care for patients who have received care at a Netcare hospital and/or Netcare emergency department is now available on the Netcare app, under Health records. This is in addition to a Summary of Care for patients who have received care from any other Netcare facility. Patients can also share this record with healthcare providers or loved ones.

You can now receive your CareNotes™ on the Netcare App. CareNotes™ guide you on your recovery and wellbeing, with information on your medication, wound care etc, after you have received care from a Netcare hospital and/or emergency department.
